A short, celebratory blog.

First, the World Fantasy Award nominations have been announced – congratulations to all nominees, but especially to my friends Steve Duffy, Barbara Roden and Ray Russell for the writing nominations, and for Ray (again!) and his partner Rosalie  and to Chris and Barbara Roden (again!) for their nomination for running Tartarus Press and Ash Tree Press respectively. Exotic Gothic 3, edited by Danel Olsen and containing my story ‘Mami Wata’ is up for best anthology, so congratulations to Danel and all the other authors involved as well!
